I'm an engineering leader based in Greater Jakarta Area with over 12 years writing code and 8 years running tech teams.
My work sits mostly in fintech and e-commerce, where I've built systems from scratch, kept them running under serious load, and grown the assigned team members. I currently lead product engineering at BFI Finance, overseeing 60 engineers & product owners across multiple product verticals.
